2 Large beef cheeks
2 TBSP Salt
2 TBSP The Meat Cellar Seasoning
8 TBSP Veil Red Wine Demi
2 Cups water
1 Cup red wine
2 TBSP olive oil

Small dutch oven (or oven safe saucepan with lid)

Knife
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Place a small dutch oven onto the stove, turn on high heat and add olive oil.
Once hot, place beef cheeks into a dutch oven and sear on each side for 1 minute.
Remove the dutch oven from heat, add veal demi, water and red wine. Stir until beef cheeks are completely submerged.
Place dutch oven into your oven for 3 hours.
Remove dutch oven from oven and transfer beef cheeks onto cutting board and slice. Place on top a bed of mashed potatoes, drizzle pan juices onto dish and enjoy!!
