INGREDIENTS

4 RIPE AVOCADOS 

HALF BUNCH CILANTRO (minced) 

2 SERRANO PEPPERS (minced) 

2 LIMES (fresh) 

1 WHOLE WHITE ONION (diced) 

PINCH OF SALT (generous) 

TOOLS NEEDED

KNIFE + CUTTING BOARD 

MASHER (or fork) 

LARGE MIXING BOWL

STEP 1: PREP ALL INGREDIENTS

CUT AND SCRAPE AVOCADOS INTO BOWL 

MINCE/DICE CILANTRO, PEPPERS, ONION

STEP 2: MIX!

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE BOWL 

MASH AND COMBINE ALL ITEMS UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY (less mashing for avocado chunks, more mashing for creamy guacamole) 

STEP 3: SERVE

PAIR WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHIPS OR PLACE ON TOP OF DISH AND ENJOY!!
