8 oz Chilean Sea Bass
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 Pinch Salt
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup mirin vinegar
½ cup sake
9 oz Organic White Miso Paste

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Combine salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, mirin vinegar, sake and miso paste into a blender and blend until smooth.
With your finished miso paste, cover the sea bass and let sit for anywhere between 5 minutes and 2 hours.
Bring a nonstick pan to medium heat on stove, add olive oil.
When oil is hot, add fish and let cook for 2 minutes on each side (AVOID FLIPPING MORE THAN ONCE)
Transfer fish from pan to well oiled baking sheet. Allow fish to cook for 10 minutes.
Take fish out of oven, lay on a bed of your favorite vegetables and enjoy!!
